What should I do if I get a traffic ticket in the mail?

If an owner receives a traffic ticket in the mail, and the incident occurred during a driver's trip, they should send a photo of the ticket to support@drivedrift.com. The photo must capture the date/time of the ticket and the amount charged. In the email, the owner should also include their name and phone number. Drift Support will review the traffic ticket and follow-up with the owner to explain the next steps.
