Where do I pick up my vehicle?

Chicago: 

Domestic Terminal (1, 2 & 3) - please exit Door 1 to the Bus/Shuttle Center and look for the PreFlight Parking Shuttle.

International Terminal (5) - please call 847-678-9234 for pickup once you clear customs. Proceed to the lower level outer curb outside door 5E and look for the PreFlight Parking Shuttle.

Shuttles run regularly between the hours of 8:00 am and 12:00 am, so if you don't see one right away, don’t worry, it will arrive shortly.

From 12:00 am to 8:00 am, just call Avail Support at 877-447-9403 or email support@availcarsharing.com and they will assist in dispatching a shuttle!

Denver:

Please head to baggage claim on level 5 and walk out to the Parking Shuttlearea at Island 3

Catch the USAirport Parking Shuttle and let the driver know you are with Avail. 

Shuttles run regularly between the hours of 7:00 am and 12:00 am, so if you don't see one right away, don’t worry, it will arrive shortly.

From 12:00 am to 7:00 am, just call Avail Support at 877-447-9403 or email support@availcarsharing.com and they will assist in dispatching a shuttle.

Phoenix

Terminal 2: please head to the middle island near door 5 and wait by the "Courtesy Vehicle" sign.

Terminal 3: please exit Door 3 and wait by the "Courtesy Vehicle" sign. 

Terminal 4: please exit Door 7 and wait by the "Courtesy Vehicle" sign.

Catch the Parking Spot Shuttle labeled with a 1 and let the driver know you are with Avail. 

Shuttles run regularly between the hours of 7:00 am and 12:00 am, so if you don't see one right away, don’t worry, it will arrive shortly.

From 12:00 am to 7:00 am, just call Avail Support at 877-447-9403 or email support@availcarsharing.com and they will assist in dispatching a shuttle!

Salt Lake City: 

Terminal 1: please exit Door 6 (by baggage carousel 1). Proceed to the Hotel & Courtesy Vans sign and curb area, marked in orange. 

Terminal 2: please exit Door 11 (adjacent to baggage carousel 5). Proceed to the Hotel & Courtesy Vans sign and curb area, marked in orange.

International Terminal: please exit Door 14 and follow signs to Terminal 2.

Catch The Parking Spot Shuttle and let the driver know you are with Avail.

From 11:00pm am to 7:00 am, just call Avail Support at 877-447-9403 or email support@availcarsharing.com and they will assist in dispatching a shuttle!
