Where do I pick up my vehicle?

Chicago: 

Domestic Terminal (1, 2 & 3) 

  • Follow the airport signs to the Bus/Shuttle Center
  • Catch the bus that says "PreFlight" (dark red)
  • Let the driver know you’re with Avail

International Terminal (5) 

  • Call Avail Support at 877-447-9043 once you clear customs 
  • Proceed to the lower level outer curb outside door 5E
  • Catch the bus that says "PreFlight" (dark red)
  • Let the driver know you’re with Avail

From 12:00 am to 8:00 am, just call Avail Support at 877-447-9403 or email support@availcarsharing.com and they will assist in dispatching a shuttle!

 

Dallas: 

Terminal A & C

  • Head toward baggage claim and proceed to the lower level
  • Catch "The Parking Spot - South" shuttle (yellow with black spots) by the "Courtesy Van Pickup" sign
  • Let the driver know you’re with Avail

From Terminal B, D, & E

  • Head toward baggage claim and proceed to the lower level
  • Catch "The Parking Spot - South" shuttle (yellow with black spots) by the "Courtesy Van Pickup" sign
  • Let the driver know you’re with Avail

From 10:00pm am to 7:00 am, just call Avail Support at 877-447-9403 or email support@availcarsharing.com and they will assist in dispatching a shuttle!

 

Denver:

  • Exit to baggage claim on level 5
  • Walk out towards the Parking Shuttles area at Island 3
  • Catch the bus that says "USAirport Parking"(white with blue stripe)
  • Let the driver know you’re with Avail

From 12:00 am to 7:00 am, just call Avail Support at 877-447-9403 or email support@availcarsharing.com and they will assist in dispatching a shuttle.

 

Houston: 

Exit down towards baggage claim out to the parking shuttles 

  • Terminal A: door 114
  • Terminal B: door 102
  • Terminal C: door 103/104
  • Terminal D: door 101
  • Terminal E: second floor door 201

Walk out to lane 4

Catch the bus that says "The Parking Spot 2" (yellow with black spots)

Let the driver know you’re with Avail

Phoenix

Terminal 2

  • Head to the middle island near door 5
  • Catch "The Parking Spot" shuttle (yellow with black spots) by the "Courtesy Vehicle" sign

Terminal 3

  • Exit door 9
  • Catch "The Parking Spot" shuttle (yellow with black spots) by the "Courtesy Vehicle" sign
  • Let the driver know you’re with Avail

Terminal 4

  • Exit door 7
  • Catch "The Parking Spot" shuttle (yellow with black spots) by the "Courtesy Vehicle" sign
  • Let the driver know you’re with Avail

Terminal 2

  • Exit Door 11 (adjacent to baggage carousel 5)
  • Proceed to the Hotel & Courtesy Vans sign and curb area, marked in orange
  • Catch the bus that says "The Parking Spot"  (yellow with black spots)
  • Let the driver know you’re with Avail

International Terminal

  • Exit Door 14 and follow signs to Terminal 2
  • Proceed to the Hotel & Courtesy Vans sign and curb area, marked in orange.
