What should I do if I get a toll bill in the mail?

If you receive a toll bill in the mail, and the tolls were incurred during a driver's trip, please send a photo of the toll bill to support@availcarsharing.com. The photo must capture the date/time of the toll and the amount charged. Avail Support will review the toll bill and reimburse you once they confirm the dates of the toll match a driver's trip.
