What should I do if I get a toll bill in the mail?

If a driver passes through a toll plaza and uses the electronically tolled or “Pay by Mail” lane, a bill may be automatically sent to you. If an owner receives a toll bill in the mail that is from a driver’s trip, they should send a photo of the bill to support@drivedrift.com. The photo must capture the date/time of the toll and the amount charged. The owner should also include the owner’s name and phone number. Drift Support will review the toll bill and follow-up to explain the next steps.
